At Paizo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
